My name is Lance Youngblood. After retiring from a successful IT sales career, I’m leveraging my experience to help individuals and teams develop creative solutions that bring peace. I believe that mediation should be more than agreeing to a transaction.
I believe in win-win scenarios. I believe that pain often accompanies conflict. I believe that mediation is an opportunity to begin the process of reconciliation.
